Ethan and Hila Klein are a husband-and-wife duo who run the YouTube channel and podcast h3h3Productions.
They are known for their reaction videos and sketch comedy, in which they satirize internet culture.
The primary format of videos uploaded to the channel involves the Kleins’ critique and commentary reaction videos, with clips of a source video intermixed with commentary and absurd, a style which has been described as a cross between the works of comedy duo Tim & Eric and the comedic series Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Ethan started out his career in the YouTube space with his wife Hila.
They launched their YouTube channel in 2011, and their podcast channel, The H3 Podcast, has been running since 2017.
In April 2016, the Kleins were sued for copyright infringement by Matt Hosseinzadeh, an American YouTube personality who goes by MattHossZone and Bold Guy, over a video on the h3h3Productions channel.
In 2020, Ethan and Hila announced that they would be giving away $100,000 over 100 days in the form of $500 payments made to people who enter their raffle on Twitter.
The initiative was called Hila & Ethan’s Lazy Philanthropy or H.E.L.P.
There has been some controversy surrounding Ethan, with some people expressing hate towards him.
Ethan Hila divorce
According to Reddit, inJuly 2023, Ethan announced on Twitter that he and Hila had decided to split after 11 years of marriage.
The announcement came after speculation about their relationship reached a fever pitch, with a video concerning their dynamic uploaded and hinting at troubles within their marriage.
However, rumors of their divorce had already been circulating before the announcement, with fans becoming impatient to know if they were going to end their marriage after so many years of togetherness.
Despite the rumors, it appears that Ethan and Hila are not getting divorced and that there can be several ups and downs in a relationship, which is very normal.
