Dana Frederick White Jr. is the former president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
He was born on July 27, 1969, in Manchester, Connecticut, and is an American citizen.
Dana started training in boxing at the age of 17 and became a boxercise coach in Ware, Massachusetts, after dropping out of college.
He left Boston in 1995 after being threatened by Irish mobster Whitey Bulger for $2500.
Dana is a prolific gambler, and has been known to win major amounts during hours-long sessions at tables in his adopted home in Nevada.
However, he is not allowed to play at a number of the top casinos in Las Vegas due to his high-stakes game.
The only places that will let him play in town are Caesar’s Palace, the Bellagio and the Venetian, per Sportskeeda.
Dana was awarded the Nevada Sportsman of the Year award in 2009 and the Patriot Award by the Armed Forces Foundation.
He made it to the list of the 500 most influential entrepreneurs shaping the media at the global level.
Dana turned the UFC into a $4bn titan, making him the only man alive that can get good fighters, keep producing excellent shows and tell the truth.
Dana White wife
Dana’s wife is Anne White, also known by her birth name Anne Louise Stella, and have been married for almost 30 years.
The couple met in school and were high school sweethearts.
On New Year’s Eve 2023, Dana and Anne got physical with each other in a crowded Cabo San Lucas nightclub, an incident that Dana says was fueled by alcohol.
Anne released a statement via TMZ saying that nothing like this has ever happened before and that they were both drinking too much on New Year’s Eve.
After the video circulated on social media, Anne noted that they are more worried about their three kids right now due to the social media reaction.
